Service Sales Support

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up opportunities and complete the full sales cycle in Salesforce
- Assist with customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate internal representative
- Support the sales and service teams
- Provide support on invoicing, product tracking and financial forecasting for customers
- Prepare documentation for the Bi-weekly Sales/Services/Projects meeting
- Health and Safety meeting preparation
- Updating the company disaster recovery plans to ensure information is accurate
- Assist with SECOR recertification
- Oversee service ticket creation process
- Review and edit Service Field Activity Reports for presentation to the customer
- General Administrative support including booking meetings, ordering supplies and data entry
- Project support, sales support, business development, marketing and product research
- Accounting assistance
- Assist with management of service contracts
Candidate Qualifications
- Five to Seven years in a Senior Administrative position
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM software
- Basic knowledge of accounting including how to administer accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Understanding of Simply Accounting an asset
- Customer service focused
- Highly detail oriented with excellent organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work with limited supervision
- Proactive
- Team player
- Professional appearance and attitude
