Prism Administrator

Reporting to the Manager, Operations Accounting, our client is seeking a PRISM Administrator to act as a senior resource and to be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the PRISM Production Accounting System.

This role also serves as a liaison between Production Accounting and the internal and external IT groups.
Key responsibilities include: Maintaining security and system utility tables and reports; working with IT to troubleshoot and complete compliance testing of new software versions and upgrades; providing ongoing systems training; and ensuring the appropriate systems controls are in place to safeguard company assets.

As well, the PRISM Administrator will work with the Production Accounting leadership team to identify training needs and will be responsible for managing projects and changes associated with software.

The successful candidate will monitor operating fee charges associated with volumes managed through PRISM to ensure that charges are appropriate and ongoing, learn and provide back-up support for other production systems and ensure the interface to the financial system is accurate.
