Property Management/ Office Manager

Our non for profit client is looking for a qualified candidate to manage the office for their property management company. This person would be responsible for hiring and managing building maintenance staff and coordinating the day to day office duties. Taking minutes at meetings and doing some minor accounting will also be part of this role. This position will be a temporary to permanent position with the chance to go permanent after 3 months. Only candidates with 1 to 2 years of property management that have supervised maintenance staff will be considered. This client is located in the Northwest close to Kensington. This position will pay between 18 and 22 per hour.
