We are currently recruiting for a Joint Venture Audit/Payout Analyst.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Schedule and coordinate all Joint Venture Audits.
Act as a liaison between Accounting, Land, Operations, Joint Venture and external stakeholders.
Respond to all information requests on a timely basis.
Respond and resolve audit queries.
Conduct area property reviews as required as a result of Joint Venture audits and/or internal requests.
Responsible for reviewing Payout process and implement/design/automate payout tracking system.

Qualifications:

Your superior Joint Venture accounting experience will compliment your proven track record to implement process and business improvements.
Other qualifications include:

Minimum of 10 years of joint venture accounting experience.
Proven technical, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of CAPL Operating Procedures, Unit Operating Procedures and Construction, Ownership and Operating (CO&O) agreements in Western Canada and Farmouts/Farmin and Penalty interests.
Superior communication skills.
