RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Prepare Interim Statement & Final Statement of Adjustments on operated properties that are divested
 Review and analyze Interim Statement & Final Statement of Adjustments on non-operated properties that are being acquired.
 Prepare monthly an A&D reconciliation report
 Review and analyze the A&D Suspense account
 Prepare preliminary reports requested from the Land Negotiators on possible properties that are either to be acquired or divested.
 Prepare and set up AFE’s in AFE Navigator for those properties that have either been acquired or divested.
 Review of NOA’s to ensure that Our Client has captured all the working interest changes
 Perform analysis on property queries received from various internal business groups.
 Maintain good working relationships both internally with Our Client and externally with partners
 Special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 5-8 years in the Oil & Gas industry with a strong knowledge in Joint Venture, Land, Royalties, preference on A&D would be an asset
 Post-Secondary Education in Accounting or Finance
 Demonstrate experience with property analysis, Joint Venture & Land agreements (purchase & sale, well conveyance, royalty, CAPL, etc.)
 Excellent computer skills and experience with various programs and applications: Microsoft Excel, Access, CS Explorer, Accumap, Optix, Qbyte and Prism
 Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye to detail
 High level of energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to learn
 Ability to work in a team environment
 Exceptional communication skills, to deal effectively with internal and external business groups.
